  Support and Response Times


  Support and Response Times
When additional support is needed to carry your ecosystem to a new level expert support is always available. Customers may request Support 24/7 via email and will normally receive a response within 24 hours.

Emergency support service is available after normal business hours, weekends and holidays at 2x hourly rate for the 1st 2 hours and 1.5x hourly rate thereafter, up to 8 hours. Normal business hours are M-F 9-5pm, excluding holidays.

Cyber AI and iAuth+ Incidents of Concern (IOC) response time means, if an IOC is flagged it will be investigated within the time frame specified by your plan. If further support services are required for corrective action you will be notified.



  E-Commerce Customers

PCI-DSS and 2018 EU GDPR require a minimum level of security, intrusion detection, log analysis and mitigation support be in place for online global financial transaction processing (PCI) and for trade or commerce with EU (GDPR) countries.
